The founders of Buffalo CarShare are a dedicated group of students and young professionals that stem from a variety of academic backgrounds:
Adam Blair - Originally from Oneida, NY, Adam is pursuing a bachelor's degree in environmental design with minors in architecture and sociology from the University at Buffalo. Adam has interned with Buffalo First, a local-non-profit, and also works for the Urban Design Project, a university center devoted to the practice of urban design and placemaking. After completing his undergraduate work, Adam plans to attend graduate school for urban planning with a focus in transportation planning.
Christopher Drucker - Currently a second year master of science graduate student in the Industrial and Systems Engineering Department at the University at Buffalo. Christopher received a bachelor's of science in the same department in 2007 and is now pursuing a Ph.D. in occupational environmental health and safety.
Michael Galligano - A graduate of the University at Buffalo School of Architecture & Planning with a master's degree in urban planning, Michael received a bachelor's degree in geography, with a double concentration in geographic information systems (GIS) and urban regional analysis. He has interned with DesignWears in New York City, and also with PUSH Buffalo. Even though not from Buffalo, he has grown to love the Queen City, and wishes to positively influence Buffalo for the future.
Razy Kased - Razy is a graduate of the University at Buffalo with a Bachelor and Master's degree in Geography, and a concentration in geographic information systems (GIS) and Cartography. Razy's current interests lie in Geographic Information Systems, Cartography, and Political/Urban Geography. He has interned at the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus working within their planning department and has been active in various not-for-profit organizations across the City of Buffalo. He hopes to make BuffaloCar Share a viable green option for the City. He is currently a Planner at the Genesee/Finger Lakes Regional Planning Council.
Christina Kasprzak - Christina Kasprzak is a native resident of Buffalo, NY. She has earned a B.A. in political science, a B.S. in biomedical sciences, and is currently pursing an M.S. in nutrition science at the University at Buffalo. Christina is the former chief analyst for a U.S. Customs Brokerage's top client, and is currently a Research Apprentice at Roswell Park Cancer Institute. Christina can contribute her logistical know-how, leadership, and collaborative abilities to Buffalo CarShare. She enjoys running, hiking, concerts, and rediscovering all that is great about Buffalo!
Creighton Randall - Currently completing a master's degree in urban planning at the University at Buffalo, Creighton serves as the Interim Executive Director for Buffalo CarShare. Mr. Randall was previously employed as an Assistant Planner with the Urban Design Project, where he worked on UB's Comprehensive Physical Plan and other projects. He received his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering at UB in 2007. That same year, Creighton worked with three other students on BlueLink, a car sharing business concept that was a finalist in the Panasci Technology Entrepreneurship Competition and later evolved into Buffalo CarShare.
Jim Simon - Jim Simon is an Environmental Educator at the UB Green Office. He received his bachelor's degree in environmental studies and sociology and his master's degree in environmental policy at UB. He has interned with the NYS Office of the Attorney General and the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation. A founder of the WNY Climate Action Coalition, Jim coordinated the first Step It Up rally in April 2007. He enjoys cycling, and looks forward to creating the right balance between walking, biking, mass transit, and cars in Buffalo.

Alan Soh - Born and raised in Queens, New York, Alan graduated in 2009 with a bachelor's degree in environmental design from the University at Buffalo. Alan's strong points are using Adobe CS3, GIS, and AutoCAD.
Danie Samuel - Danie initially started the Buffalo CarShare concept with Creighton Randall for the Panasci Technology Entrepreneur Competition, earning their way to become a finalist. Along the way, Danie provided critical contacts, creative marketing ideas, and networking connections which benefited the current Buffalo CarShare founders in their journey to bring this concept to life and provide the Western New York region with an environmental friendly service. He completed his B.A. and M.A. at UB under the Geography department's International Business and World Trade program. He is currently employed by the U.S. Department of Justice.
Todd Salansky - With over ten years of experience in the industry, Todd has expertise in the areas of marketing, advertising, and communications strategy and implementation. In 2000, Todd joined the Niagara Insurance Group as marketing director. After leaving Brown & Brown Insurance (Brown & Brown acquired Niagara Insurance in 2004), Todd founded online thymes, llc, a Buffalo-based company specializing in advising on marketing strategies for small and medium sized businesses.
Todd is very active in both the local and business communities. He acts as the secretary for the Canisius MBAA Board of Directors. He is also active on the Board of Directors for the Canisius Alumni Association and Buffalo CarShare, where he advises on their marketing and advertising programs. Since 2006, Todd has been on the Board of Directors for the Buffalo Niagara Sales and Marketing Executives.
Todd graduated in 2000 from Canisius College where he obtained a Bachelors of Science Degree in Marketing. He received his Masters in Business Administration in 2004, also from Canisius College. Todd resides in the City of Buffalo.
